Moonlit Sunrise at Nubble Lighthouse

The Sleepy Photographer Blog

A photography blog that chronicles the adventures and sometimes misadventures of myself and sometimes the members of the North Haven Camera Club.

Nubble Light in coastal York, Maine

I can't sleep.  There's a full moon dangling in the night sky.  The forecast on my weather app says it will be partly cloudy and it looks like there is some fog rolling along the field across the way. The air is crisp and cool.  A quick look at my phone and I think a trip to Maine to catch the sunrise is in order.  More specifically a trip to Nubble Light.  It's 2:30 am, I should hit the Blue Hour if I leave now.

It turned out to be a good morning to do so.
