Return to Beavertail State Park

It's been a couple of years since I last tried to photograph at Beavertail State Park in Jamestown Rhode Island.  The last time I was there it was a grey/blue overcast day.  This time, I had some time off so I headed up early Friday morning after a heavy rain the day before.

Though the weather looked gloomy, I was rewarded with some fantastic opportunities both before and 20 minutes after sunrise.

It also helped that Narragansett Bay had some great tidal activity that morning!
